All orders must be paid in US funds. All orders are sent discreetly in unmarked envelopes or boxes. The return label simply says BVP with our return address.
Orders are charged to your credit card under the name Best Value Products.
Credit Card Orders
FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS OVER $500.00 (for NEW not returning customers), PLEASE BE AWARE RE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING FAXED OR MAILED TO US: A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE CREDIT CARD OR A COPY OF A RECENT CREDIT CARD BILL SHOWING THE BILLING ADDRESS. Postal Money Orders
We recommend that you use a Postal Money Order for the fastest service using the mail. We have had no problems with this form of money order in the past. If your order is paid with a Postal money order, processing is only 2 - 3 business days. All other money orders are held for 30 days before processing.
Personal checks (and bank money orders) take 30 business days to clear. For FASTEST service, please use a POSTAL Money Order. No checks accepted drawn on foreign banks.
Orders sent to a PO Box must include an extra US $2.00 for Return Receipt.

All International Orders must be in excess of US $100 worth of merchandise (besides Canadian orders).
It is not possible to quote a shipping cost without knowing what the order will be since shipping is based on weight. Please place your order and we will contact you with the proper shipping and insurance charges to your location.
Unfortunately, because of the increased amount of fraud involving overseas orders, any overseas order over $375.00 will have to be paid for with a check or international money order sent to our address listed above. We have to clear the check and you will receive your merchandise in about 6 - 7 weeks. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Processing Time for Express orders
When ordering with SuddenlyFem™, Best Value Products we have a one day processing. If you place your order with us before 5pm EST Monday through Friday it is printed at end of day and is received by the shipping department the following business day. If it is placed after business hours we will not charge it out until the following day and it will print at end of that business day. We are NOT in the office on weekends. For example, when selecting any type of expedited shipping you will still incur that one day of processing. If you place a UPS Next Day Overnight order with us by 5pm Monday it will reach shipping Tuesday and it will reach you Wednesday. If you want to receive your order by Friday, just be sure to Choose UPS 3 day shipping and place your order over the weekend or at latest by Monday 5PM. It will print out Tuesday and arrive by Friday. If you order on Tuesday before 5 pm, you may choose 2 day air and it will ship Wednesday and arrive Friday. Express Shipping Charges Click the link to view express shipping charges. The charges listed for express delivery should give you a fair idea of the cost for requesting an express delivery shipment. You can request the service you desire in the comments section of the online order form.
Unfortunately, our order and warehouse structure does not allow us to intervene with an order once it is placed. Once you receive your order, feel free to return it to us. Please use the enclosed return paperwork and follow the instructions. The exchange sheet will give you all information needed regarding return and any restocking fees that may apply. We do NOT suggest refusing the package as there is no guarantee that a refused package will return to our warehouse, and in such cases, we will not be able to attend to any sort of refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to have an informed and satisfied customer. Because we discount most of our items - we cannot incur a lot of returns and restocking fees. Federal law prohibits the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons. Be sure to provide us with your correct measurements so we can size you properly. We do NOT refund shipping fees for refunds or exchanges
The following items are not returnable:
All lingerie (panties, bras, slips, waist cinchers, gaffs, stockings, pantyhose, girdles. Wigs and cosmetics for sanitary reasons Any custom made item (corsets, maid uniforms, etc.) Breastforms (for size/shape exchange only) Shoes, gloves, Books, Magazines, Videos Any merchandise stained, worn, torn or abused in any way is not returnable
More Information about Returns
- There is a 20% restocking charge on all returns. You must send this in with the return. SHOULD YOU BE EXCHANGING, NO RETURN FEE IS NECESSARY.
- For a breastform size or shape exchange, you must send in $15.00 with the return to cover reshipping and reprocessing fees
- No cash refunds. Only merchandise credit is given, which must be used within 120 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. $20.00 charge for returned checks.
- Returns MUST be sent certified mail or delivery confirmation to our PO Box address listed above to insure that they are not lost. You must return merchandise within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise from us. We maintain tracking records for all packages.
